Government Accounting and Finance Specialist
Bill Williams

Prior to coming to Gov-Con, Bill served as Director of Finance of M Ship Co., LLC, a design firm that specialized in producing innovative maritime craft for the Navy and many commercial interests worldwide.

Bill's background also includes a successful career with the U.S. Navy which included assignments as Budget Officer for the Naval Surface Forces, controlling over $800 million in annual funds and contracts for the Fleet. In addition to his financial background, Bill also brings an extensive engineering background that includes assignments as Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief of Staff for a Battle Group Staff.

Mr. Williams graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and graduated with honors from National University with MBA's in Financial Management and Technology Management.
